Exchange, Return & Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange (exchanges are only made in the event of receiving damaged product. All items are inspected for quality assurance before shipping by our supplier.)

Returns & Exchanges
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the received delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and/or labels attached.
There is a 25% restocking fee charged for returns/exchanges.
What is the purpose of a restocking fee?
The reason is simple: As a small business owner, to keep costs (and thus prices) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are a lot of costs associated with processing a return order, which the owner accrues and the end result is a loss of product cost & original shipping total greater than the original item total.
Customer is also responsible for cost to ship item(s) to business, as well.

As a small business, Everyday Cosplay does not offer refunds.
For damaged products, please contact us with the details below to arrange an exchange.
After receiving your item(s) and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process you exchange.
