We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that extreme situations can occur. In cases of severe damage, we may consider exchanges. Please note that all exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking Fee Explained The purpose of the restocking fee is simple: to keep costs (and thus prices) down. Processing returns involves several costs, including the loss of the product cost and the original shipping total, which often exceeds the original item total. By charging a restocking fee, we can manage these costs and maintain fair pricing for all our customers. Customer Responsibility If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to our business. Orders take approximately 14-18 days for your to receive your order. Depending on payment method (Klarna & Afterpay take longer to process) and item production time, because our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. All garments can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the garment. You can iron it with a low heat setting.

All mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.
